Integrity Distribution

The holiday season is a time of joy, celebration, & spending time with family.  It is both the time to create new memories and reminisce about the past.  Here at Boys & Girls Clubs of Buffalo we ensure that all of our members and families have a memorable Holiday Season.

Imagine a family sitting down, enjoying a family holiday meal, and spending meaningful time together…
Imagine a child opening up a gift and getting exactly what they asked for, knowing that someone took the time and thought about them…
Imagine the sigh of relief a parent exhales knowing their child will not go without this holiday season.

Seeing the smile on a child’s face is what truly encompasses the spirit of the season. For many of our members the special times we provide are the happiest parts of their holiday, and we cannot provide this without your support.

As we enter this holiday season, we ask your help in giving our members a holiday they will remember. Whatever the gift, it will be used to put a smile on the face of one of our 8,500 Club members.

Adopt-A-Club – For approximately $3000 you can provide a holiday dinner for 60-65 members and their families, also, each receive a paper ornaments with the names of the children and their Holiday wish generally valued at $25 or less and you or your employees can then shop for the gifts, wrap them and we will pick them up or if you wish we can shop for you!

Holiday Dinner – For approximately $1,500 you or your company can provide a holiday dinner for approximately 60-65 members and their families.

A Giving Tree – Your Company will receive ornaments with a Club member holiday wish on them. An employee takes an ornament, goes out and purchases a gift generally valued at $20 or less for the member and wraps them. We will pick them up or you can deliver them to the Club before their holiday party.

Volunteering - Throughout the holiday season, we need volunteers to help sort, wrap, and package gifts for our members. We also need help during our holiday parties serving our families and ensuring that they have a memorable dinner. Other volunteer needs include:
  • Set up and assist at Toy Depots and other gifting events
  • Santa’s Helpers to assist families with picking out toys
  • Gift Wrapping
  • Toy Delivery

Supplies – Any items that would be used to provide a holiday party at our Clubhouses. This would include wrapping paper, tape, paper plates, napkins, food, drinks, snacks, garbage bags, etc.
