Site Director
Full Time

This full-time position has overall responsibility for a satellite based Club. Must be able to demonstrate the ability to manage budgets, train staff, work with school faculty and implement programs. Excellent communication, decision-making, and interpersonal skills are a must. A bachelor’s degree in a related field of Youth Development and a minimum of two (2) years experience in the operation of a Boys & Girls Club or similar organization is required. Candidate must also have 18 college credit hours in education, music, physical education or art to fulfill DSS regulations and must possess a valid NYS driver’s license for three (3) years. CPR and First Aid training is a plus.

Education Director
Part Time

This part-time position is responsible for implementing and over-seeing all educational programming at the Clubhouse. Candidates must have strong communication skills - both written and verbal, 2 years’ experience working with youth ages 13-18, strong organizational skills and a four (4) year degree in education or a related field. Responsible for overseeing the planning, development, implementation and evaluation of the Core Program Areas of Character and Leadership Development, Education and Career Development within a designated Club and provides leadership and supervision to part-time and volunteer staff. Demonstrated knowledge of principles related to youth development; program management; and group leadership skills, including an understanding of group dynamics is required. Must be an energetic, hands-on person able to handle large and small groups. Must also possess a valid NYS driver’s license for 3 years to meet the eligibility requirements of insurance company for operating club vehicle(s). CPR and First Aid training is a plus.

Prevention Specialist
Part Time

This part-time position is responsible for overseeing the planning, development, implementation and evaluation of the Core Program Area of Health & Life Skills and the case management services, referral agencies, and prevention, intervention, and re-entry programming within a designated Club. Provides demonstrated knowledge of principles related to youth development, program management, case management for high risk youth and group leadership skills, including an understanding of group dynamics. A four-year college degree from an accredited college in related area of social work is required. Minimum of one year of experience working with youth in a case management capacity preferred. Must also possess a valid NYS driver’s license for 3 years to meet the eligibility requirements of insurance company for operating club vehicle(s). CPR and First Aid Certifications a plus. Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.

Health & Life Skills Youth Development Professional
Part Time
This part-time position requires that candidates have strong organizational and communication skills - both written and verbal, experience working with youth ages 6-18 and the ability to plan and implement programs in the specific core area of health & life skills. Must be an active, energetic, hands-on person able to handle large and small groups and must possess a valid NYS driver’s license. HS diploma required. CPR and First Aid training is a plus.

Character & Leadership Development Youth Development Professional
Part Time
This part-time position requires that candidates have strong organizational and communication skills - both written and verbal, experience working with youth ages 6-18 and the ability to plan and implement programs in the specific core area of Character & Leadership Development. Must be an active, energetic, hands-on person able to handle large and small groups and must possess a valid NYS driver’s license. HS diploma required. CPR and First Aid training is a plus.
