Empowers youth to support and influence their Club and community, sustain meaningful relationships with others, develop a positive self-image, participate in the democratic process and respect their own and other's cultural identities.
Torch Club
A leadership club for members, 9-13 years of age. Members work with staff to develop a sense of community and leadership by electing officers, planning service projects, and Club activities.
Keystone Club
The "Big Brother" of the Torch Club, this program focuses on youth (ages 14-18) becoming true leaders in the community and Club. Members elect officers, plan service projects, organize social events, and attend Keystone Conferences.
Youth of the Month/Year
A formal process inviting members to compete in a positive manner recognizing their accomplishments at the Club, school, church and community.
Youth for Unity
A program that focuses on biases and stereotypes. Members learn about different cultures and identify any biases they might have.
Club Service
By contributing significant hours, teens and alumni can have the opportunity to finance for college, pay off student loans and learn new skills to help them enhance their employment marketability.
