Employment Opportunities

We offer many different careers available working with youth. The Youth Development Professional position ranges from a specialization in Recreation, Health & Life Skills or Character & Leadership Development, to food service in our Kid’s Café.  Part-time employment benefits include flexible hours and opportunity for advancement.

There are also full-time careers available in the areas of Education and Prevention.  There is also the possibility of a career as a Site Director in a school based site or as a Clubhouse Director at one of our Clubhouses.  Benefits to fulltime employees include Health, Dental, Long-Term Disability, Life Insurance, 403(b) Pension plan, Paid Time Off, and Paid Holidays!
